Designing and building your own home is an exciting process. Elite Development Northwest understands the sizeable investment involved and strives to take the guesswork out of pricing by being a Cost Plus Builder. This means that we charge a flat fee for our services while giving you all of your materials at our builder’s cost.

Below is a general overview of the steps and our services while going through the building process.

I. Purchasing Land – Finding your building site is the first step in your journey to complete your new home. We are able to provide excellent referrals to assist you in your search.

II. Designing Your Home – We are willing to work with you and your architect to help your ideas transfer into a building plan and can assist in site planning.

III. Permits – Each homeowner is responsible for obtaining a building permit for their project. We are willing to assist in obtaining the correct permits.

IV. Ground Breaking - Excavation begins and your homesite is cleared and prepared.

V. Construction / Finish Decisions - It is amazing to watch a piece of land and a plan on paper turn into your home. This is when you visit the design centers and pick your finish materials, fixtures, and appliances.

VI. Final City/County Inspections - You are almost there.

VII. Client Walk Through - Admiring all of your design choices and making sure everything is of “elite” quality.

VIII. Moving Day !!!!
